I was pleased with the experienced technician from Family Garage. He arrived on time and I was so happy that he could solve my garage door problem without replacing the opener. My garage door was in need of servicing and he replaced the wheels with new and improved ones. My door was intermittently not opening on our cold mornings and I no longer have that problem ! YEAH !!
FGD responded quickly ,listened to my problem and arrange that day to send out a technician. the tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and repaired the garage door opener.
They showed up right away and did their work very competently. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Woke up this morning heading out like any typical day but today my garage door wouldn’t open. I problem solved for about 30 minutes and ascertained this problem with my garage was outside my scope. I accessed home advisor and located a garage repair business, scheduled and the repairman despite being Saturday and snow everywhere Rick showed up ready to work within 90 minutes. Great customer service and feel like I was charged fairly and even received a military discount. I highly recommend this company.
