Family Garage Door responded promptly to a broken spring problem. I contacted Home Advisors about 8:30 am, received a call back within a half hour, the technician was on site by 10:30 and done by noon. I asked for an evaluation of the garage door beyond the broken springs. Replaced both springs and all bearings & rollers and adjusted the garage door opener to operate efficiently. Smaller newer company wanting to make a name for themselves by offering honest and quality service. Not the cheapest, but they are fair, dont upsell and do good work.
