Family Garage Door responded promptly to a broken spring problem. I contacted Home Advisors about 8:30 am, received a call back within a half hour, the technician was on site by 10:30 and done by noon. I asked for an evaluation of the garage door beyond the broken springs. Replaced both springs and all bearings & rollers and adjusted the garage door opener to operate efficiently. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He also gave us several maintenance tips. We will definitely use them again... read more
Smaller newer company wanting to make a name for themselves by offering honest and quality service. Not the cheapest, but they are fair, dont upsell and do good work.
