Our experience with Family Furniture has been nothing less than AWESOME. We recently moved to The Villages and weren’t sure where to begin to furnish our new home. We hit the jackpot when we found Family Furniture. The selection of furniture, wall decor, and home accessories was unbelievable. I walked into Family Furniture and looked around and loved the furniture and decor. I was greeted by Janay and we immediately clicked. Her professionalism and willingness to listen to my wants and needs was refreshing, and I was open to all her input and ideas too. Together we put together a beautiful layout for my living room that fit my style and personality. I’m so excited to get working on my dining room and more!

What a great experience we had! We were lost in how to furnish a hexagon-shaped room. Janay came out to our home, listened to our likes and dislikes and offered some suggestions. We met with her a couple days later, and she had a vignette in the colors and style furniture we had discussed all set up. Can't wait for the new living room to arrive! Thanks Janay!

Wasn’t going to do this, but contacted them privately and got no response! Sales people Pepsi and Jenay are awesome! That’s where the positive experience ends! And now I’ve learned, they don’t get back to you when you reach out and complain! So sad, because their furniture is high quality! I won’t be going back or recommending them to friends.

Family Furniture made our home a paradise. The minute you walk into the door, the experience was pleasurable. Debra our interior designer was exceptional in placement, color, design with extraordinary ideas to make our home one of a kind. The delivery went smoothly and the two delivery man Alex and Brandon, were very professional, considerate of your home I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Family Furniture. I am sure you tried the rest, now it is time to try the best, you won’t be disappointed.
