Pepsi greeted us when we arrived and asked if she could assist us. She showed us Dining Room furniture and Bedroom Furniture. She knew about the product and checked if it was in stock. She also checked the size to see if it would fit in our new home. We were very pleased with her knowledge and professionalism.

Mattie and I headed out this morning with the intent of visiting a number of local furniture stores with the goal of replacing living room furniture purchased 7 years ago from Rooms To Go. We decided to start at Family Furniture and after spending time with Janet there we didn't have to go any further. Janet quickly gained our confidence with her knowledge of their products and given their inventory met our extreme specifics very quickly and efficiently.
We want to thank the Family Furniture team for the excellent customer service that we received. They made our purchasing experience and delivery of our furniture a breeze. A special thanks to Jerry who went above and beyond to insure that our experience was enjoyable before and after the sale. Just stay a few of the pictures that we took. Definitely not new furniture. Almost $5000 and still no call from the owner or upper management. So disappointed! We are going to make sure everyone knows about this.
