She took her time to listen to my needs and gave me several pointers to best utilize the storage areas under the bed. Also, she clearly explained the options for purchasing each package . 5 stars for Debra and Family Furniture. I was purchasing a couch and needed help. She answered all of my questions, helped me find the perfect couch and even did a house call to make sure the color of the leather was perfect. She also gave me some home great design tips and helped me move some pieces around. Delivery guys were great and couch is top quality. Great to have found my new favorite furniture place!
We love the furniture styles and such a variety to choose from. The staff greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the store. Pepsi was our sales rep, she did an awesome job answered all our questions from the time we set out to look for our new living room suite to completing our purchase. I would highly recommend your Family Furniture to anyone. We went to several different furniture stores and did not find what we were looking for before our purchase from y’all.
