RecommendedMy husband and I shopped at Family Furniture a few days ago and found exactly what we wanted! We purchased a gorgeous leather sofa recliner and bought the battery pack too! No cords! Janay Pinciotti , Interior Consultant, listened to us regarding our wants and we were quickly on the same page! She is wonderful! If you want really good quality furniture and a large showroom to shop, look for Janay! Our delivery is Thursday and we are very excited and are confident we will receive excellent service!

We have shopped several times at Family Furniture to add some creative flair to our home, and have been extremely happy with our purchases. Debra Cioni is a joy to work with. She is endlessly creative, and we especially liked her style of "working in the moment" at our home with a "let's just try it and see how it looks" approach to moving things around and opening up ideas for what's possible.

Be much more truthful about delivery schedules. Have been misled add lied to numerous times by sales person, sales manager, and delivery manager. Shop elsewhere.
Best service ever. Like American made furniture. Saleswoman was extremely helpful and took great care of my husband and I. Will certainly refer others to the store.
