I am so sorry. Thank you for bringing this to our attention we do have two new stylists we are working with. I have been on bed rest and unable to know how things are going.
Used to be fine, but now they have different hairdressers. Completely ruined my daughter's hair, to the extent that she needs extensions for dance competition. I said to have it at her shoulders and both her and I showed the lady where. It's above her chin in the front and even higher in the back. Can't even put in a pony. My daughter cried the whole way home.

We were very disappointed today. It's fine that the kids cuts jumped to $18.95 (which is pretty pricey for a kids cut considering it takes 10 minutes and they don't even wash it) but for a 10-15 minute cut to have a stylist with no personality, barely interact with our children, and did an awful job of a braid on our youngest (who sat perfectly still the entire time) makes me question ever going back. We have always enjoyed this place but today has made us consider other options.

We were in about two weeks,ago, the stylist had her child there and he,was screaming the entire time of my kids haircut. I understand the kid thing I have 4, if it starts to interfere with your job you need to figure something else out, there were other stylists sitting and doing nothing, this lady was,rushed ,and I found uneven spots, there is a reason you are not suppose to bring your kid to work especially a toddler, I will never return at least at other businesses I have not encountered anything so unprofessional.

I am sorry. For the haircut we have no problem fixing any mistakes at no charge. Typically stylists don't bring the children unless they are called in last minute as it is difficult to find child care we try to be supportive.
