Walked into major chaos! There was a long wait to just check in. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and stayed. 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment without anyone apologizing for the wait a person who had a 12:30 appointment was called back. I asked about it and after waiting for them to "figure it out" decided to leave. My poor daughter was so sad, luckily Eileen's cookies made it all better. So not worth the kid cars.

Today this company posted a live video of a baby having its ears pierced, neither of the ladies wore gloves! The video was removed after a few people commented. I messaged asking about it and was blocked by them. Terrible business practices! I've taken my son there for the past 4 years and nt only will I never go again but every person I know will hear about it. I do have a screenshot of them saying pretty much it's OK that they didn't wear gloves because they used hand sanitizer!
Family Fun Cutz was great for my son, who hates getting his hair cut! They were patient and understanding. Highly recommend!

My little guy hates anything to do with his hair. Brooklyn was great with him! She told him what she was going to do with every move before she did it. He didn't even want to leave.
