I just have to say how much we love Family Friends! We switched over to them when we moved a few years ago and couldn't be happier. I have a whole "crew" (2 Goldens and a hairy Persian) so I'm in there often. Every time I come in, they treat my animals like family. I was in last night with my cat Harry and the girls gave him lots of attention and lovin' which makes coming to the vet that much easier.
I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. When I moved to Florida, my dog tore both his CCL and mensicus. I called Family Friends and they were so caring and comforting over the phone. I drove back up to Michigan for the surgery. A year and a half later, he tears the other knee and we make the trip again. The staff is remarkable and I couldn’t be more grateful for each one of them. I adore these people! Everyone you meet is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, understanding...and beyond caring. I am grateful my pup, Vivian, is in their care. They are outstanding.
Thanks to Dr. Ryan, Sunshine is pregnant. Ryan is wonderful. And, the staff is great - friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the care they take in making sure the exam rooms are kept clean. Thanks for always taking care of my girls.
Thank you for taking such great care of my dogs! My golden, Sadie had dental surgery a few days ago at 13 1/2. I was nervous, worried, and scared to have her put under at her age. She was groggy and disorientated the evening after surgery, but was much better by morning. Thank you for treating her and my other dog like they’re your own! I highly recommend Dr. Ryan to all my friends and family!
Well worth the drive! I traveled close to 2 hours for an appointment with my doodle. From the minute we stepped into the office. The staff was warm & welcoming.
