I cannot tell you how at peace I am when my English Bulldog, Murphy, is at daycare with the lovely people at Family Friends. They always have a great attitude and greet Murphy and I at the door. They provide him woth an enriching safe and social enviroment for my 1 year old pup to play off all his energy. He regularly puts himself to bed when he gets home after playing so hard. After learning that our dogs are unexpectedly expecting we started researching vets with experience with our breeds. Dr Carpenter and his staff were recommended and we scheduled an appt right away. From the moment we walked in the door (once we got to the right door, LOL) I felt “at home”. The staff were polite, professional, and there was an adorable “Dr” in training who observed our entire visit. As a teacher, my heart was immediately filled and I knew we were at the right place. 💜

Professional, caring, kind, exemplary care! We drove from Lansing when we couldn't find a local vet to handle an emergency on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Dr. Sutphen skipped lunch to perform an emergency spay and saved a much-loved life. Outstanding!
