I live in Decatur but I always take my car to Family Ford. I am always super impressed with the work they do on my car. The service team always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and that my car runs great. Late Saturday afternoon and two hours from home, we had a tire going flat. From the parking lot we called Family Ford of Bluffton. Todd Reimschisel said I see you and I'll be right out. No one else is here but I will help you. He said we will figure something out. He was dressed in business clothes but together if need be, we will put on the spare he said.
