Called on a Monday with painful ingrown and got in next morning. I was told that I would have to wait and they would "slide" me in, and considering the last minute call, I was in a room about 45-50 minutes after arrival.Dr. Gruarin was very cordial and as this has been a "chronic" problem for me, she recommended a permanent procedure at a later date.The procedure went smoothly, she reappointed me for three months for the permanent and away I went.Ease in getting in, her husband is a gem and not you typical front office asst.... read more
No one in the office ever answers the phone. And it takes for ever for some one to call you back. The doctors visit was ok.
