RecommendedMy husband and I were forced to evacuate Lake Charles, Louisiana because of Hurricane Laura on August 26th. He was scheduled for foot surgery on September 11th for a bone infection. I called for an appointment with Dr. Brancheau but he was on vacation. I was offered an appointment with Dr. Huntsman right away. Dr. Huntsman performed the surgery in his office within a few days and followed up the week after and removed stitches the next week. They like to overbill you & want it up front! Always check your EOB’s they are still trying to collect from me & insurance says I do not owe it! I guess that’s why I quit using them before! Only good thing is they got me in, took care of me, when my regular podiatrist couldn’t!
Dr. Brancheau and his team are wonderful! The experience of surgery can be overwhelming; yet they make it much easier with education and preparedness. So grateful, for all of their work and dedication!
