Having completed a short-form family assessment, I cannot recommend this process with any practitioner, nor can I recommend Dr. Lauren Gradstein. We paid $5,720 for a service that is inherently rushed, lacks the scope to independently verify information, and functions more as an expensive revenue stream than a reliable legal tool. I’ve had an all round extremely poor experience with Family Focus Psychology. Kerryn has been extraordinarily rude and disrespectful during our phone call conversations. Vanessa Challinor the family report writer wrote many factual errors and inaccuracies in her court report which I have evidence of her many errors that were made. These errors in her reports caused a lot of distress to me. Ciaran was rude & threated me for information. Don't care if you think your qualified but they way you treated me was discusting. You can't know someone in 2 hours of interview. You know nothing about me & the abuse l have been through. I am a survivor through Family violence & you put me in the trash like rubbish. I am proud of myself for the battle l have been through. Thanks for the extra trauma.
