Family First Solar installed a PV system for me over a year ago and have yet to submit completion paperwork to HECO...I'm still paying a regular and high electric bill, despite calling many times...never a response. Do not use this company.

I wanted a battery that would take away the headache of power outages so they installed Sol-Ark which has larger capacity of battery than Tesla. If you're looking for a locally owned solar company with exceptional service without paying an arm and a leg for quality product then look no further.
