The first day the driver outright lied and stated they had come to my house. My door was wide open waiting on them. I found this out calling them asking where they were. Today I received a text stating the driver was 3 miles away. 50 minutes later I called. I was connected to dispatch and spoke to Javier who said person wouldnot be there until sometimes before 7pm. Elana and Elle are the two women who operate and co-ordinate this Nurses Registry Service. They have been incredibly caring in "walking" me through the necessary steps to provide Home Health Care for my brother, who is severely compromised,-- health-wise. They have been extremely gracious, caring and accommodating in supporting me through this "challenging" time. Family First is awesome. They are responsive, attentive and caring, and best of all their healthcare aides are great. The aides are very experienced, concerned about our loved one's well-being in every respect, and understand the situations they face. They are also always pleasant!

Family First has provided us with the most wonderful staff for months. They have been an incredible agency to deal with. Always available and meeting all of our needs. We never would have made it through without their help and the care their staff provided We highly recommend them
