Had bad cut hand and they would not see me with no appointment.
Absolute worst most hateful and rude staff I’ve ever encountered. I called the main office management and formally filed a complaint. She was super nice and apologized profusely but we will NEVER step foot in that office. We also called our referring physicians office and told them what happened and they will be sending people to Gainesville now instead. Don’t be a nurse if you don’t comprehend BASIC empathy. Would not even get 1 star if was an option! Do NOT go here if you want help or to be treated right!!
Doctor is not caring at all. Refuses to medicate patients properly. Dismissal of cancer patients say so
