I’m going to give you all a 3. Simply and only because I’ve brung my daughter there and I didn’t have any problems. But when I went for myself, I sat for an hour in the waiting room, to be taken back and have X-Rays done, and then sit for another half and hour while the staff laughs in the other room. By 11:50, I was sitting in the room, alone, watching an annoying show on TV , waiting to be seen when all I can hear is the staff giggling in the other room but I’m being told they’re too busy to see me. While I was receiving help for my dental pain I could feel the warmth, care, and compassion from the staff here. Once treatment was completed I had instant relief. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend Family First Dentistry.
