I called for an appt. as a new patient for a broken tooth. They got me in right away. The office staff was very kind, I even got a gift as a new patient. Dr. Frometa was kind and gentle as well as his assistant (sorry I don't remember her name). I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentist so I was nervous, but everything went smoothly, I got to listen to the music of my choice. I will definitely schedule an appt. to get some regular dentistry work done. I highly recommend Family First Dental in Pasco.
Our daughter (5) is very shy and gets nervous when she goes to places she isn't used to. Family First Dental goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and explain everything before they do it. The new tv screens on the ceiling also provide a distraction for her. They also have other toothpaste options for kiddos that don't like cinnamon and mint.
I took my daughter for her first dental appointment. She left with a smile on her face. The staff worked well with her and made it fun!!
I have again experienced excellent, professional and caring servic at Family First Dental. Growing up I have bad memories of the town dentist. These memories are now being replaced by better, painless memories. Dr. Pratt and his professional team have been great as well as Pat - who just completed a "deep clean". Thank you Family First Dental! You rock.
I saw Patrick yesterday. He is always a pleasure to see and he does a great and painless cleaning. He makes my visits to the dentist a thing I do not regret having to do. All the staff are friendly and a pleasure to see. Thanks everyone at Family First Dental
