Iâ??ve been going here for several years. My regular dentist retired and Iâ??ve been very happy with my new dentist. My hygienist is the best ever. The front desk staff and financial office personnel are friendly and professional. I also take my 3 year old granddaughter here and she loves it!
I had a front tooth that needed to be repaired. They got me in real quick. I had Dr. Watson as the dentist. My tooth looks great.He was very gentle and compassionate.I would recommend Family first dental. Thank you family first dental

For the past 25 years or so - I forgot exact count- I have been a patient at Family First Dental. They have kept my teeth in excellent condition, only one filling in all those years. The hygienists are all great and they must care about the patients well being, after all it is their preventative work and reminders that keep my teeth in good condition. If you are in the Tri-Citied and you are looking for dental care, stop looking and see Family First Dental. Ask for their different plans, I like the options.
We went to Family First Dental, and they were so VERY kind, and patient answering all my concerns. I was thrilled they were so willing to work with me assuring me that my request were relevant and very doable.
Quality service Everyone that works here is committed to quality service. There was a few mishaps with insurance dates and they made sure that everything was made right and I was able to get the care I needed. It's always nice to work with people that you trust will do right by you.
I went to family first dental for a second opinion on my teeth and they were so kind to give me plenty of options and they listened very closely as to my preferences. They made me feel very welcomed and Comfortable as possible! I will always be sure to recommend them to family and friends in the future.
Ive depended on Family First for my dental care long before they were Family First and Ive always been well taken care of. I believe it is one of the best dental offices in the area perhaps the best. I am now 75 and have lived here in Kennewick all my life. I have developed a special relationship with my dental team who always pay personal attention to my care and comfort. The front desk staff are very personable and helpful and treat me as a valued client.
Even though I don't like going to the dentist (due to teeth and gum sensitivity), I always appreciate the quality care at Family First Dental. Lori has been wonderful to work with!
