My appointment with Dr Bhatia went well. He is a very nice person. My hope is to finish what he started and have have my implants crowned by your office and am waiting to hear back from Dr Bathia with regards to this. Lynda was very nice today in talking with me. The biggest problem I have had with Family First Dental has been a lack of understanding of who I should speak to when I have a financial concern about the proposed services. I have even found it difficult to actual get a quote in writing which would be a big help. ... read more
Mary Foster and Dr. Jones are excellent. I really enjoy 'working' with them. They are the main reason I have stayed at Family First instead of changing dentists. Suggestion: I think you need some more nature artwork (large photos of waterfalls, beaches, etc.) in each room. I've always found that to be the most pleasant.
Sorry to that Dr. Buro was not available and hope that he will be OK. Nice to meet Dr. Jones who stood in his absence.

I mentioned that I worked at Wegmans and that in the employee bathroom we are provided with dental floss picks and mouth wash. I think that would be a great addition to your bathrooms too since some people come directly from work.
