I would have appreciated more a complete explanation of my treatment options with regard to what was covered (or not) by my insurance. My hygenist Danielle was very acommodating in this matter, but the billing specialist was not.
I'm very scared of the dentist and Mary was very kind and gentle while cleaning my teeth. It made me relax a little.
All staff members are always very pleasant & welcoming. Please keep it that way.
Cleaning was good. Exam was extremely quick and it's hard to know if it was thorough enough to catch hidden things and catch things early.
Danielle the RDH was very professional and did not hurt me a bit! She explained that I needed to floss more and that flossing will toughen up my gums. I will certainly see her again!
To Daniell and Dr. Jones...Thank you so very much on the service that you provided for me. Daniell is truely a professional. Thank you Daniell. Dr. Jones thank you for the extra step of making my back teeth whiter. I still brush for 20 min twice a day. Dr. Jones, I have cut back to one mountain dew a day. I now drink ginger ale. (Smile) See you both on my next visit.
Mary is the best!! She does such a great job keeping my teeth nice and shiny.
Everyone from receptionist to Dentist made me feel comfortable. Always greeted with a smile.
I know it's no possible or even healthy any more but I still miss rinsing and spitting!
