Made an appointment with them and got to the appointment and all they did was an exam. I had to make another appointment for teeth cleaning. I made an appointment to talk to the ortho dr. About braces and 10 minutes before my appointment when I was ready to leave, made plans for my son to stay with someone, they call to tell me the ortho dr won’t accept my insurance. Who does that?! I will never go back there again!!

Dr. john is great! He is very honest and does not do unnecessary procedures. There was another dentist in that office that try to charge 6k to "fix" my daughters teeth. Dr. John did it for 250.00. That is so refreshing. He is the only honest dentist I have found and he does an outstanding job!

I was very nervous having to look for a new dentist due to insurance changes. We found Family First online and liked what we saw, so I gave it a try. I felt good the minute I walked in and knew it was a good place. All of the staff was very friendly and the dental hygienist was wonderful! I saw Dr Michelle and she was great. I am so glad I came here a and have so much confidence in the staff!
