I started seeing Joel and Family First Chiropractic in Sept of 2013. My lower back pain was so bad that I was sleeping in my recliner because if I slept in bed I literally could not stand up in the morning. After my second adjustment I tried the bed and I've been there ever since. My wife says my posture has improved and I'm feeling better generally.
