Great place! The whole staff is great and always look forward to my weekly visit!
Dr. Joel and all the staff are amazing! It's not just adjusting our bone alignment it's helping us align our whole body! The environment is so positive and upbeat! The seminars are informative and fun. So many topics are presented you want to go to all of them! It does feel like a family! I feel I am not just another person showing up each week. Everyone cares about me and how my life is going. My time at Family First helps me to keep my life moving in a positive direction.

Family First Chiro is the easily the best chiropractic business in Omaha. I have a weekly appointment with Dr. Joel and he works wonders on my back and neck, keeping me at my healthiest. The entire staff is knowledgeable and is focused on making each client feel their best. I struggled with staying active due to recurring pain, but as soon as I began visiting Dr. Joel, I was able to get back on the basketball court and back to my exercise routine.
They are a wonderful community completely centered on helping you live the healthiest life you can. Not only does Dr. Joel offer Chiropractic services, but he also offers advice on healthy eating and exercise. Definitely recommend!
Dr Marley has helped my family feel better and be much healthier with regular visits. He is always attentive, a good listener when we discuss my symptoms and concerns. He challenges me every appointment, with physical goals and his positive attitude. Question medications!! Now when friends or family say, “there’s a pill for that” I try to talk them into trying other techniques before drugs and the numerous side effects.
I love this place, I have my life back. I am back to getting lots of exercise, losing weight the healthy way, I sleep great every night, and feel great.
