Just messaged them about a part in stock. And because I didn’t ask all my questions in one message I got an attitude about wasting their time. Conversation took 5 min and asked two questions separately so he had to get up one extra time. If I’m going to spend $400 I’m going to make sure I’m gettin what I paid for without seeing it first. I honestly think this is pathetic customer service on their end
I dont recommend them at all.. They overcharge BIGTIME

Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes they treat you like a peasant, sometimes they are cool. Took my AK in for some simple work, they failed to do it after claiming to be AK gun smiths. They failed to complete the task, and still took my money after giving me back my gun in pieces. Mind you, they had my AK for MONTHS!! I took the gun home (after months!!) and just did the work myself (I didn’t have the time at the moment to do the work myself and figured they could knock out a simple task).
