Since I felt the care that I was getting was very inadequate in my own hometown and was having some new problems, I investigated the internet and found Dr. Jone's story interesting and decided to make an appointment. Shortly after, I received a medical diagnosis of concussion and so was finally able to receive the appropriate care from my local family doctor and things are improving quickly also with Dr. Jone's advice. So both my husband and I are very grateful that we traveled 25 miles to see him. Thank you so much!
Let me start by saying I have never been a patient, but my wife has. She had an appt in which it was revealed that she was taking medicine for infertility, Dr Kevin then proceeded to state that we could have one of his kids. For anyone who has had that struggle, that comment was unnecessary, disrespectful and, frankly, hurtful. We hope no one else has been hurt by this lack of professionalism. We will be going to eyecare partners from now on and I recommend everyone else do the same.
Excellent and timely service on the phone & in the office. Very caring & friendly staff. My daughter had a small piece of wood in her eye and they got us in as a new patient that morning. Dr. Kevin Jones did an excellent job with my child who is typically very nervous with doctors!
Dr. Kevin is very thorough and fantastic with children!!!
