We � LOVE. Dr. Kevin at Family Eye Care! They have reasonable prices, amazing customer care and really up to date eye diagnostic tools for a better prescription. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else!
I enjoyed shopping for eye wear for my boy. My 7 year old boy was even impressed.! Very nice, helpful, understanding and professional. Made my kids feel right at home, one of the ladies gave them toys to play with while the other lady put in an order for the 1st time. Enjoyed my experience and so did my boys!. Both Dr. Kevin and Dr. Michelle are wonderful and very knowledgeable! They have both gone beyond what's expected at our family's appointments! So thankful they are here in Pella...would recommend them in a heartbeat!!
The Doctors Jones are the best! Thorough, caring, patient and weren't just looking for an opportunity to upsell me to make more $$$, and took the time to make me feel important and cared for. This clinic has all of the latest technology right there on the premises and yet somehow manages to keep the small-town "family business" feeling that is so lacking in the big chains. I drove way out of my way to go to Family Eye Care Center and will do so again and again for that level of service and attention.
