My children just had their first eye appointment. it was such a great experience for them. They all were super nice, patient and caring for my 5 year and 2 year old. I was in a dilemma when my son's football camp got change by a few weeks and he was in need of contacts sooner than I thought. I called the Wal-Mart vision center where my son sees Dr. Ott but they wouldn't help me because he wasnt there. So I called Family eyecare Center and asked if Dr. Ott was in and it was his day off. One of the employees went above and beyond and suggested I called back to Wal-Mart and get my son's Rx. I did that and called her back with it. I brought my 7 year old son in this morning and seen Dr. Ott. He made my son's first experience at the eye doctor, great!! He was very patient and kind. The other staff was exceptional as well!! The lady that helped us pick out glasses was so Great! Thank you for a great experience at the eye doctor for the first time.
