Poor customer service, cancel my appointments without notifying me and still send me emails notifying me of an appointment, so I take time off work, to be told of sorry we canceled your appointment, this has happened with every eye appointment I have made with this company. Will not be returning

It is always a pleasure going to Family Eye Care for my usual exam and a follow-up to make sure I do not have macular deterioration. The office is always clean, personnel exceptional and Dr Troy always makes me feel like family when he walks in the exam room door.
Excellent service, friendly personable staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been going to Family Eye care since the 80's started with Dr Denis and for the last few years Dr Marchant. The doctors and staff are so friendly and helpful plus very professional. The office is clean and organized in handling their patients. I recommend their office to many of my friends.
