RecommendedI really enjoy the staff and Dr's at Family Eyecare and have been seen at both locations, however, every time that I've had to order glasses, there is always a problem. The first time I was told I would receive my glasses in about 5-7 business days..it took almost a month. The second time, I received my glasses in a timely manner, however, they had to be sent back to the lab as the lenses were mounted incorrectly. I recommend the staff, but do not recommend ordering glasses.
I want to thank Dr. Becky Humphreys (OD) for an awesome and professional job with my visit. I woke up and realized I had a metal flake embedded in my left eye. I wasn't able to find an optometrist's office open, being that it was a Sunday. Dr. Humphreys was on call and was able to see me and take out the metal flake. Thank you much Becky

Best experience I’ve had with my 5 year old! 3 months ago we went to another practice it was a nightmare experience they didn’t even bother to try to calm him down to get him checked. I myself work with children and I know there is techniques for behavior management for kids and let me tell you Dr. Duffus exceeded my expectations! Counting down for next year check up!!
The customer service here is no less than outstanding. I have had problems with my glasses and they do everything in their power to make sure I am happy. I will not buy glasses anywhere else.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes! I’m not an easy patient due to prior surgeries and scar tissue from corneal transplants, but they are determined to help me. The staff is kind and comforting during every visit, and thanks to Troy Humphreys and his dedication I will be seeing clearly very soon!!
