Been going here for 5 years now and ill never go anywhere else! sweet staff, sweet doctor, and a very relaxing atmosphere
Karen in the front is an absolute doll, and she is the main reason we will continue visiting for my child's eye care needs. Dr. Mailhot works wonderfully and is very patient with my child during our appointments, and the staff members at the check-in desk have always been helpful. However, the "office manager" (who I hadn't heard of or seen before today, and whose name I never even caught) could not only use a class in proper customer service, but one on basic human kindness as well. My experience at family health care was fantastic!! From the examination to selecting the perfect glasses everyone was wonderful!! And finally to cashing out they did a great job for my 2 children and myself with the copays and cost of glasses!
