The other review sounds nothing like my experience with Dr. Thamel. I had seen 2 other eye doctors less than a year before seeing Dr. Thamel and neither one got my prescriotion right. Dr. Thamel was meticulous about getting it absolutely right. He is the best eye doctor I have ever been to.
I believe that this practice is fine for patients who have very simple eye issues. For someone like myself, however, who has very sensitive eyes and a complicated high prescription, I was very disappointed. The 1st prescription was wrong and I was getting severe headaches. I saw all 3 doctors and they were abrupt and didn't even introduce themselves to me.
