RecommendedThe doctors are wonderful. The staff behind the glass are amazing as well. The people who help with choosing the glasses seem angry all the time. It’s my least favorite part of the experience. It’s not just one of the ladies that help with the glasses it’s a few of them. Otherwise this place is amazing. I keep going because the pros outweigh the cons.
We have had 2 of our children going here for over 4 years. My son needs a higher prescription at least once a year. Being a baseball player this is tough. We needed to wait a month for insurance to be available. So we were working to make sure we could make it through with our last contacts, because we knew he needed another prescription. I went in for an eye doctor appt and Dr. Fron is super nice and knowledgeable. I went back to get a print out of my contact prescription and the lady up front gave me an attitude. I asked how long a box last, how much, and what my insurance covered. She didn't add up any totals for me. Than said, "well there are 24 in a box and you have 2 eyes." I'm pretty sure it's their job to answer these questions and not make someone feel dumb. I will not be buying contacts through them because of this.
