Dr. Fron and his staff are great and very friendly. My family all come here for our eye exams and glasses/contacts.
I love the care I get. The entire staff is friendly and caring.
Twice I had bad experiences. Was forced to buy a years worth of contacts and the contacts didn't work and I couldn't return them Then went in for an an exam another time for glasses and contacts and didnt get a full exam nor did I get instructions to return for one. Didn't have time to shop for glasses since the exam took an hour then was given attitude when I didn't buy glasses. I wasn't even given an eyeglass prescription! I had to call for everything. So disorganized and frustrating. Not necessary.
My family and I have been going to Family Eyecare of Lockport for over 17 years now. Dr. Fron is very personal and he genuinely cares about you. Thank you for great eyecare and friendly & helpful staff.
