Our family of 6, with kids from preK to high school have seen Dr Rosillo for four years. We've had good experiences with exams and their processing our insurance.
RecommendedI recommended all my friends to this place. The staff is very helpful and sweet, they'll help you look for something until you are satisfied with your selection. The doctor is very patient and explains with detail. I am new in San Antonio and I was having major discomfort with my eyes, this was the only place that was able to give me an appointment right away when I needed it. I've been going there ever since.
I’m very pleased with the attention and feel secure in the Dr. and her staffs abilities to provide the care that I need. They are efficient in the service they provide.

I have been a patient here for a few years. The doctor is amazing. However today I had the worst customer service experience and will no long be a patient after this experience. I arrived, was asked to sign some documents and then quickly escorted to the back for my exam. The staff did not provide any information on a change in their office's participation in my particular vision insurance. After my eye exam I was informed my charges where an extra $80. I took my son for his first visit to the optometrist. What a great choice! The staff was amazing and the doctor was very patient and answered all my questions.
