The woman in charge of billing is very rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone to go there. You place an order on prescriptions and they will not be in on time. Spend your money and time somewhere else. The only doctor there is short and unprofessional. Go somewhere worth your time!

This place needs to close down and the "doctor" needs to go somewhere that he never has to impose his garbage attitude on humanity ever again. The bottom of the ocean would be a good place.
RecommendedI have gone to Dr Lewis now for about 10 years. I have always had a pleasant experience in there and find he is one of the more "down to earth" doctors. He doesn't rush you, and explains things well and answers any questions you may have. The staff has always been friendly and answers any questions I have. I am a small business owner and I know the importance of supporting a small business!
Horriable people horriable customer serive had to called three times to speak to a supervisor and they never called about my appointment I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever.
Great service!!! Dr. Lewis was wonderful. His staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient with children!!! Will definitely be going back.
The worst eye place in town. The people up front have nothing but attitude are rude and disrespectful. The doctor was good until he let these ladies run the place. Now it's the worst eye place ever. I left and am never going back. If your thinking of coming here. DONT
Very rude staff long wait feel that their equipment is not up to date using old equipment because it's less expensive? The staff are rude and expect you to know everything I ended up going to El Paso and they are way nicer there and helpful and know that las cruces eye doctors are not that great
