The fact the staff and doctor are not wearing masks during this pandemic is enough to send me to another eye doctor!

Follow medical guidance that I am ABSOLUTELY sure most eye opticians and eye care associations are issuing that recognizes MASKS, SCREENING CHECKS and SOCIAL DISTANCE NEED TO BE REQUIRED. Patients and customers posting all over on social media about this. NM is no where near over the hump on Covid and they are not following basic protection measures WHEN THEY LOOK AT EYES, which is one of the primary methods that Covid is transmitting from people touching faces or getting virus in their eyes when people speak or cough. Staff does not prioritize the health and safety of patients, and would prefer to turn people away than ask staff to wear a mask.

Worst eye care place in Las Cruces! The employees are incompetent and rude. They are also putting lives at risk by not wearing masks. Not a single employee wore a mask, and they didn't care if their patients did either. We asked for the eye doctor to wear a mask while she was with us so that we wouldn't be risking our lives, but she refused to do so, even though she had one in her pocket. Never go here, you are these employees don't care about anyone, since they are putting their patients lives at risk by not wearing masks. ... read more

When we walked in, we noticed immediately that not a single staff member was wearing a mask, and neither were the majority of the patients. When an employee took my daughter in for her exam, I noted this fact. She pulled a mask out of her pocket and showed it to me. I asked her if she would be willing to wear it while she examined my children. She responded, "We have our rights. We don't have to wear them. We've talked to our lawyer." Just to make sure, I... read more

The staff is not wearing masks and responding rudely and insensitively to inquiries about masks. I won't seek care here and will actively warn people away.

the refusal to wear a mask in a medical setting during a pandemic indicates depraved indifference to human life.
