5 AM appointment. Quick check-in, friendly staff. Had my paperwork by 6:20 AM. Receiving opens at 4:30 AM. Very professional.😉
Don’t be late — strict appointments here. Everyone was genuinely nice and professional, which made the overall experience pleasant. The biggest thing to know is that they are extremely strict about appointment times. I was only three minutes late and was turned away, so take this seriously ⏰. Would’ve been a experience, but they lose one star for making me wait another day. While I understand the importance of punctuality, a little flexibility would go a long way. Overall, great staff , but timing is everything here.
Somewhat tight lot but manageable. Right lane is for OTR. Left lane closest to guard shack is for Family Dollar drivers. You'll need to slide your tandems and present your CDL for pickup or delivery. The guard was helpful and friendly.
