Have always had an amazing experience here, friendly staff, low wait times, and extremely professional and knowledgeable! I always get phone calls to remind me of my appointments and they’re very accommodating. They all truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
I have been going to this practice for over 5 years. Being in the medical field I can say the customer service is non existent. There are no options for patients for walk in or call backs for canceled appointments. I have called several times and no one even answers. This is not how this office use to be at all. Dr Ramm is only in that office now once a week. Thursday’s I’m sure run smooth but as for the rest of the week it’s a sad excuse. Please put someone at the front desk that is knowledgeable and kind. There staff is very friendly and professional!
Very unorganized and rude office staff and providers. You’re never seen by an MD. Mostly staffed with physicians assistants and nurse practitioners. You never really know if your appointment time will stay because they call sometimes at the last minute to change it. Today, they asked me to come in 40 minutes early for an appointment I scheduled more than 6 months in advance, and I spent the entire time waiting in the office.
