I am seen here, as well as my children. They work so patiently with my kids, and they enjoy it! They always take their time at each of their visits, and make sure we are more than comfortable. They answer every question and concern that we may have as well. Their hygienists are more than welcoming and skilled as well as the Dr.
The front office staff and techs are wonderful. The dentist on the other hand seems cold and detached. After finding out I need a root canal I asked about pain relief and was blown off. I had no pain before they filled a cavity I didn't know I had (no pain or sensitivity) to having extreme pain and sensitivity in that tooth. Was told "that just happens". Can't say that I am pleased with my care at all anymore.
Thank you everyone at Capehart! I'm glad I faced my fears and got a cleaning. The service and care I received was beyond all expectations and I would recommend anyone.
The staff did great with my children, explaining steps and process to them throughout our visit!
Their new pediatrician is great. He is very patient with the kids. I would highly recommend him.
