Miracle Workers! Kind, Understanding, the Best! My 6 year was so scared, this was our 3rd dentist for her cavity because she was so afraid. Dr. Mechler was so kind, gentle, and obviously knowledgeable with children she had us in and out in 20 minutes and my daughter actually loved leaving with her princess filling! The entire staff was full of smiles and the sweetest office I've ever been to. I'd recommend them over anyone else! Thank you Capehart Dental!
Let me start by saying I have always been an "I hate the dentist!" kind of person. When I went to Capehart Family Dentistry, I hadn't been to the dentist in well over 3 years, was pregnant with my 4th child, and had all kinds of issues. The environment was instantly welcoming and everyone was so nice. Dr. Sand did amazing work and calmed all my fears. Had my first visit to Capehart Family Dentistry today. In general, I don't really enjoy the dentist but that changed today. From the new client tour to the end of the appointment, I was impressed. Kelsey was my dental assistant and did amazing. She was extremely professional. My cleaning was done efficiently and pain free. She explained everything well. Thanks for everything ~ definitely a new dental experience.
This place is amazing! The friendliest place I have ever been. We had 4 out of 5 family there getting their teeth clean and checked. We were taken good care of from a great group of ladies. A big shout out to Dr Mechler, Lindsay, Kelsey, Heather, and Amanda. Also Peggy even surprised my son with a cookie cake and singing Happy Birthday to him. Excellent service and wonderful news....no cavities! Capehart Family Dental is highly recommended!!!
From the moment you walk in the door to the time you sent up your next appointment and all points in between, you're going to feel treated as if you're the only patient they have that day. In particular, my hygienist, Kelsey, is always a delight, not just because we pick up the conversation right where we left at our last appointment, which is always fun, but that she takes extra care and attention when doing a cleaning. Just had to let you know how much I appreciate the help from one of your front desk people. I called for help with my flex pay plan and needing info about my charges that are being questioned and she was able to get me my ledger sheet so I could as my insurance company for the correct EOB's. thank you again and I will tell everyone about Dr Dworak and his office.
