My husband recently got a deep cleaning here and it was less than pleasant. The receptionist called to inform him they were running behind and asked if he could come in 30 mins after his scheduled appointment, no problem. We get there and it takes them at least 45 mins to even call him to the back to get his x-rays. The receptionist was very apologetic, stated that they're normally not that busy on Saturdays but they had some temps that overbooked appointments. Fast, efficient and friendly..i would recommend to anyone
I can say going to the dentist is already hard for me, but I just wanted to say that this office as a whole has changed my mind totally. Ms. Mel is AWESOME and a pleasure to be around. She makes everything better, a true gem!!!! Dr. Lefall is a great dentist and is good at what she does. The whole office was wonderful to me. I highly recommend this office, it was a blessing to me.
The staff was extremely nice.
