Normally not a big fan of dental visits, but this recent visit was very pleasant from start to finish. The receptionist at the front desk were very helpful, and the hygienist made it a very pleasant experience.

You never have to wait very long in waiting room they do a great job scheduling you to get in fast. The dental hygienist are all very pleasant. I specifically had Nicole Pond who is very personable and friendly. Can't say 1 bad thing about Plattsburgh Family Dentistry !!
Really really great staff. Very knowledgeable and up-to-date with technologies.. They are very non-judgmental. I have big problems with my teeth and they are helping me so much.
They fit me in for a cleaning during my last regular checkup on the same day. They are trying to help me get approved for a crown so the periodontist can do a bone graft operation.Never any issues and they take almost all insurances.
