I called the dentist office as my daughter and I had pain on our wisdom tooth. The receptionist was able to schedule my daughter and I from one day to next. Excellent customer service. They explained what the issue was and were able to extract the wisdom tooth. Very attentive staff.
Dr. Nunez is an attentive and caring doctor. He takes the time to explain and answer questions. The staff is professional and friendly.

Personnel were pleasant and courteous. Dentists were kind, even though some had obviously had English as a second language. But each time I went in, I was farmed out to other dentists since they could not or would not do the work.

Latest equipment provides prompt analysis and allows dentist a visual aide to explain procedure needed. Patient can view and understand clearly options available to remedy dental problems.

Our visit was EXCELLENT, from the receptionists, dental hygienists and the doctor. We were given a tour of the facility. All of the staff was courteous and friendly. The dental hygienist was very gentle while doing my cleaning, during the x-rays everything. It was a wonderful experience and you wouldn't think to say that about when you go to a dentists office. My husband and I highly recommend Westlake Family Dentistry. I actually look forward to my next visit.
