The staff there is always courteous and informative. Never any harsh greetings or rudeness have I ever experienced and I like the fact that is in our neighbourhood and I don't have to drive; I can walk or bike to my appointment. They're willing to work with you and your financial needs and never appear to be judgmental or condescending. I love the dental room setup with the televisions; instead of making eye contact with the dentist, you can watch television on the ceiling. Cool!
My hygienist was great! She explained all of my options for me. Had an awesome experience. :)

Friendly, professional staff. Super clean and and comfortable waiting room with complimentary coffee/water and a nicely done kids area. Was able to get my teenage son in the next day as a new patient and he felt comfortable the entire time. Even enjoyed a free teeth whiting kit. I highly recommend this office :)
