I'm always very nervous about going to the dentist's office. Dr.Hayes was able to do a filling and extract a tooth with no pain and in about 20 minutes. The tooth was in a hard to get to spot that I have been told I would need to see a oral surgeon. He was able to pull it out with no extreme measures! Saved me a ton of money! Thank you Dr.Hayes for being very understanding and gentle! Ill be going back here from now on!
Cane Bay Family Dentistry has been my family dentist since I moved to Cane Bay 2 1/2 years ago. They accept Delta Dental insurance and file for it. Courteous and friendly staff. I've done an implant, tooth repair and get quarterly cleanings. Always satisfied. Highly recommend.
I had an issue with how my insurance and my billing was handled, and the management staff rectified it immediately. I’m very happy with their service, and I’m even more happy with their customer service. My family and I will be using this place for our dental needs for many years to come!
The only problem I have had was calling the emergency number and not getting any response for 2 days.
We have been coming to Cane Bay Family Dentistry since it opened, and have never been disappointed! Great staff, great care.
