Everyone I come in contact with are great, and they always know me!
I think you should recommend the fluoride paste rather than just adding it to your bill knowing your insurance company doesn't pay for it. The assistant asked me but didn't ask my daughter and just put it on her teeth without asking for the paid service. Don't assume everyone can afford an extra $20 added to their bill.
