I have never had an issue with anything with this office. The staff are all great to work with.
I love the hole team at dr. oylers they are so nice and dr. oyler is great.

I get vertigo in my right ear and Gretchen worked with me to avoid turning my head to the right very much. No vertigo this time! Yay!
The girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful and always ready to assist me on appointments or questions. Debbie was the one helping with Dr. Oyler and she was very informative, friendly, and caring. She explained everything and was concerned if I was uncomfortable. Also, Dr. Oyler is very caring and helps me understand my dental needs and answers any questions I may have. He also cares if I am doing alright while in the chair as he is working on me. Everyone was so nice and made me feel at ease. I am not nervous about returning to the office.
I had a new dental hygienist at my last visit. She was professional, but stiff and not very friendly. She used exactly the same phrases over and over when giving instructions, which seemed a bit robotic. As has always been the case, Dr. Oyler was friendly, personable, and professional.
She felt a wire poking her gum last night so we will call on Monday.
I think everyone who assisted me did an excellent job.
