I do not like getting 4 text messages to remind me I have a dentist appointment. 2 would of been plenty. Constant reminders is rather patronizing. Makes you feel like a child whose parent is constantly nagging in your ear.
Informative conversation -left with specific instructions -made an app't next week to have work done. I've been a patient for over 30 years! I know the staff & have always been well taken care of.
